چکیده
Common ragweed (Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.) is an extremely competitive broadleaved summer annual weed found in Christmas tree production systems within Michigan. has been reported to have resistance glyphosate, PSII inhibitors, PPO and ALS herbicides. There reports from Michigan growers of common clopyralid, a synthetic auxin herbicide, Montcalm County, The objective this study was test alternative post-emergence herbicide combinations organic mulch on clopyralid-resistant for control efficacy. following two stages were used: stage 1 (6–9 leaves) 2 (12–14 leaves). For 2021 2022, as well at all evaluation dates, + clopyralid oxyfluorfen provided the highest level control. treatment combination 100% weeks after (WAT) always showed better or equal compared other treatments. glyphosate by WAT when plants treated 2022. many treatments reached fresh weight 0 g, but 2021, those same resulted around 20 g. Based weight, greatest plant growth occurred with alone This likely due ragweed’s these

True integrated weed management
Using the simplest of definitions, integrated weed management has been described as “putting components [of weed control] together, not taking them apart.” Yet, weed science has stopped at the “field edge” in assembling the components into a truly integrated approach. What is keeping weed scientists from developing real integrated weed control regardless of space and time? The answer to this qu...

The management of terrestrial weed is of great concern for the scientific community as these weeds cause adverse effect in different ecosystems like forest, agriculture and urban. The widespread of these weeds by their adaptive capability and morphological advancement is difficult to control. Parthenium hysterophorous, Lantana camara, Saccharum spontaneum, Ageratum conyzoides are the weeds that...
